| 1、必须先沐浴洁身，以保持温泉水质卫生及让身体适应水温，另外洗去皮肤汗渍可更容易吸收温泉水中的矿物质。
It is necessary to take a shower and clean the body first to as keep the hot spring water hygienic and let the body accustomed to the water temperature what`s more cleaning the sweat on the skin is easier to let the body to absorb the mineral substance.
2、到露天池区必须穿着泳衣及拖鞋，小心地滑。
Always have swimming suits and slippers on when going to the open air spring water and be careful the slippery floor.
3、选择适合自己温度的水池浸泡，一般从温到热，每次浸泡 15—20 分钟即应上岸稍作休息后再浸泡（高温池不应超过10分钟）。
To dip in the pool wish the suitable temperature selected for oneself usually string in the first with warm temperature and then change to that with hot temperature. Each dipping lasts for about 15 to 20minutes and take a break on the shore before next dipping. (do not exceed 10minutes in the high temperature.)
4、初次浸泡不适应者或浸泡时间过长者，一般会出现口干或胸闷不舒服感觉，此时应立即上岸稍作休息，饮杯水或饮料可舒缓不适。
Those who dip in their first time or dip for long time may feel uncomfortable such as thirsty or choking sensation in chest etc. On such occasion they should go up the shore immediately for a rest and have a cup of water or drink to relax themselves.
5、凡患有心脏病、高血压、身孕或身体不适应者均不宜入池浸泡，除非经医生准许及有专人陪同方可，否则责任自负。
Those who have serious heart disease、hypertension、pregnancy or feel body unwell can not dip in the pool unless having obtained doctor`s permission or being accompanied by the specially-assisted persons otherwise take your own responsibility.
6、酗酒者一律严禁入池浸泡，否则责任自负。
Drinks are not allowed to dip in the pool otherwise they will take their own responsibility.
7、身体适应者可在浸泡期间“过冷河”，即淋冰水温差浴。
Those who are accustomed to the different temperature may go through the dipping period, namely drenches the ice water shower.
8、浸泡后可用清水冲洗身体，但不要用肥皂或浴液，以保存皮肤表面所吸收的矿物质。
